Prices given on this website are for companies with up to 1000 employees/users and 250,000 square feet of space. Larger companies are invited to contact us for a bespoke quote.
How many templates do I have to fill?
For each module, simply fill in one template, listing details of your property, space, assets etc, as applicable for that respective module.
Can I add other modules at a later date?
Yes, you can add any additional modules to your QuickFMS Online service at any time (additional fees apply accordingly).
How are my drawings imported into QuickFMS?
We manually digitize and integrate your drawings into QuickFMS so you can view all your facilities in an easy-to-comprehend visual depiction.
What reports does QuickFMS offer?
QuickFMS has a wide variety of built-in reports to show you where your business stands and help you take decisions in real time.
Do you backup my data?
Yes, we adhere to industry standards, taking daily, weekly and monthly backups in the event of any unforeseen issues. All data confidentiality is maintained in line with global best practices.

Once registration is complete, you can download the templates containing details of the data we need from you to immediately activate your online service account.
